My typical workflow

1. Planning & Task Tracking

All tasks are planned and organized in Notion, allowing you to easily track progress, updates, and project milestones throughout production.

2. Reference Gathering & Initial Sketch

I gather visual references — or work from any references you already have — to streamline production.
Rough sketches are then created and shared early for feedback and direction alignment.

3. Color Palette Definition

Once the sketch is approved, I define a color palette to ensure visual consistency across all assets within the same theme and tone.

4. Coloring & Iterative Reviews

I move into coloring and asset development, providing regular progress updates for review, feedback, and confirmation.

5. Final Export & Delivery

After final approval, assets are exported and delivered as PNG files, along with the original Aseprite (.aseprite) source files.

6. Time Tracking (Optional)

All production time can be tracked hourly using Clockify, ensuring transparency and clear reporting throughout the project.
